I'm Markus, a UX designer from Oslo. I studied interaction design at NTNU in Gjøvik, and then industrial design in Trondheim.
Before that I worked at a grocery store for six years, and I've also done about four years of customer support. In support I talked to a lot of people who were annoyed about something that should have been easy. I want to make things that just work, so people don't have to call in the first place.
When I'm not working I'm usually at the gym or watching movies.
Work and school, newest first.

How you got from the problem to the design: research, sketches, tests, and the choices you made along the way.
What changed once it was done. Only what really happened, even if it's small.
One or two things you'd bring to the next project.
